ItsTayloreMade Presents: The Art of Focaccia
Join us for a deliciously hands-on experience where you’ll learn to craft beautiful, flavorful focaccia from scratch. In this interactive class, you’ll explore the fundamentals of focaccia-making — from mixing and fermenting the dough to proofing, topping, and baking.
Together, we’ll create traditional savory focaccias as well as trendy sweet variations. You will have the chance to design your own focaccia art masterpiece using seasonal toppings.
Whether you’re a bread beginner or a seasoned baker, this class will leave you inspired and confident to bake focaccia at home.
Each attendee will leave with a class handout packet, a personal sized focaccia, and the skills to bake your own creations at home!
Please note: This is a yeasted bread class (not sourdough).

Chef Pedro Porras from Córdoba Spain is popping up at Limoges to demonstrate how to make an authentic seafood paella!
Your ticket gets you a plate of succulent seafood paella and a cooking show! Ask the chef all your questions and come ready to take notes and pictures.
Demo cooking begins at 5:30PM and dinner is served at 6:30PM. This is an informal pop-up where you'll watch a live demonstration and grab a plate of food to enjoy afterwards anywhere on the property. Wine not included.
